Decentralised, Peer-to-Peer Model

The Tack Room does not act as a party to any transaction between members. We do not process payments, hold funds, or facilitate shipping or collection. All payment, delivery, and coordination is handled directly between the buyer and seller.

Because transactions occur off-platform, be cautious about what personal information you share in messages. We recommend sharing contact or payment details only with members you are actively transacting with.

We share data only as needed to operate the Platform (for example, showing your listings and profile to other members), to send transactional notifications, or where required by law to respond to legal requests or protect the rights and safety of our community.

We keep your account information and listing data for as long as your account is active. You can edit or remove your listings at any time, and you may request deletion of your account, after which we will remove your personal information where we are legally permitted to do so.

The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has registered with us, please contact us so we can remove the account.
